From start, viewing of the actual model at the showroom to getting staff to come down to my unit for measurements to ascertain which is a better fit. Then buying the CAPTAIN and arranging for installation - all was smooth and well arranged. Installation and explanation was well done. Kudos to all at CAPTAIN for a job well done.
