The design is very nice and minimalistic. The system is also very easy and straightforward to use. Choose this because it doesn't require a power source to be installed, so the installation area could be a lot more flexible than an automatic laundry rack. The installer came on time and completed the installation well within the time decided, so was very happy about that. Overall very good product and customer service, worth the price!

Went to the showroom a week ago looking for a suitable laundry system for our house and decided on this after some thorough thinking. Had the installation done today, and the uncle who came was really professional, did the installation quickly and also gave us a run through of the product. The system is looking great and can't wait to start using it for my laundry!

Simply love it! We use the dryer mainly but like to dry towels, rugs, jeans and heavier items in the open. I don’t have to exert anymore to get stuff up the bamboo pole, especially since we have a higher ceiling than most homes. So so happy and would recommend to anyone!!
